![]() How did it change during a match?ĭiehard: “This gun basically levels up with your kills! It starts green and evolves to white as you rack up those kill streaks. It's all about finding what works best for you.” You can move buttons around to fit how you hold your phone (like a claw grip), resize them for easier tapping, and even adjust transparency to declutter your screen. How cool is that?ĭiehard: “Pretty darn cool. In this CODM season, players could customise their HUDs. Then there’s Cooking Fire, where you must cook meals on a menu evenly to get points and rewards.” The first is the Cooperative Hot Pot, where you make meals on a timer with other players from your team or other teams. What do you think about the minigames on the Floating Platform?ĭiehard: “Oh yeah! There are two minigames you could play on the floating platform in Isolated. There was everything from epic character skins that turn you into a dragon warrior to top-tier weapons and unique emotes and sprays to show off how dominant you are.” The paid tiers? That's where it gets exciting. ![]() What were some of the coolest rewards players unlocked?ĭiehard: “The free track gave you new weapon variants-like the Type 19-dragon camos, skins, and some emblems and charms. The CODM Lunar Dragon Battle Pass offers both free and premium content. With it, you could flank enemies with your movement tricks, but there was a little twist to the class-that cooldown I mentioned earlier is tricky and often left players exposed when not managed well.” How did it change the way you play compared to other classes?ĭiehard: “Yes, it was free. So, the Jet Boost is free in the Battle Pass. You can play the minigames on the platform and capture the gift boxes from the UAVs (using the firecrackers) to get their loot and some boxes for the minigames themselves.” No one can use their weapons while still on the platform everything but the fireworks you can set off is disabled. This sounds crazy!ĭiehard: “Yes! So, in Lunar Dragon, everyone starts the Battle Royale matches on the floating platform. There's a Floating Platform in Battle Royale. I liked it and considered it a fresh coat of paint on something old-nothing exactly brand new.” The layout and how you actually play on the map are the same, though. As I mentioned before, it was all fiery decorations, dragon statues, banners-stuff like that. ![]() Nuketown got a dragon makeover! What can you tell us about the changes?ĭiehard: “It's more about the looks than anything. It adds a layer of strategy, but remember, you can't boost forever – it has a cooldown.” It lets you wall run, jet jump, and slide around the map, flanking enemies and escaping tight spots. Tell us more about it!ĭiehard: “Absolutely! This is a class for players who like to be ninjas. The Jet Boost Battle Royale class sounds like a game-changer in CODM. It definitely added a festive atmosphere, and who knows, maybe there were some dragon-themed scorestreaks I missed?” The core gameplay is essentially the same as CODM season 1. We had dragon decorations, character skins, weapon skins that kind of stuff. How does it affect the actual gameplay?ĭiehard: “It's mostly cosmetics, really. The Lunar Dragon theme is all over CODM Season 2.
